My boiler and I
I have got through a few boilers. have had huge disappointments with some of them; most of them actually. That moment when the shower goes cold whilst you’re covered in soap, it’s the coldest day of the year and the heating packs up…. the guarantee runs out the day before any of this happens.
So the last boiler selection was made after a great deal of consultation including with financial advisers!
James Wilkin of E J Woolfoot was recommended in an “I know his dad” kind of way and the IFA said Worcester Bosch were an excellent make.
Finally, I have a boiler that is big enough and bad enough to heat the house fast and deliver consistent hot water to the shower, even when am in it!
The best bit though is the maintenance service. The appointments are precise, a nice man turns up on time, arrangements and billing can be made via email (my favourite thing) and you can pay online. Yes, plumbers who answer emails!
I can thoroughly recommend James and his firm to anyone seeking a good relationship with a boiler. In fact I already have done.
